Museums Norfolk is a not-for-profit voluntary run membership organisation that exists to provide a dynamic and active network that supports all people who work for or volunteer in independent museums in Norfolk. It provides a means by which museums can work together to the benefit of all. It does this by providing forums for networking, training and skill sharing, undertaking joint marketing and managing events and joint projects.

This website sets out to give an informed and user-friendly overview of some of the best museums and heritage attractions in Norfolk. It was first created in 2010 as Norfolk Heritage, and redesigned and renamed in 2012 to reflect the Museums Norfolk branding.
